Our story
The Pamtech Foundation is the private charitable foundation of the Pamtech Group. Incorporated in 2014 as Pamtech Foundation, with the mission to enhance opportunities for social change through strategic investments that improve health and wellbeing, promote quality education, and broaden economic empowerment opportunities.
The Foundation also supports stand-alone projects with the potential for significant social impact. The Foundation works with many highly reputable international and domestic charities, non-governmental organisations and international agencies to advance its humanitarian agenda.
10 years later, the Foundation has grown to become a hub for human capital development with massive investments in the educational and entrepreneurial landscape of Imo State, Nigeria.

How the Foundation works.
Pamtech Foundation mainly operates through its parent body Pamtech Oil and Gas Ltd. It also seeks collaboration with other grant makers and international agencies working in its target areas. Our strategy for working through partnerships is intended to build institutional capacity of groups, while supporting innovation and ensuring that the funding provided meets the needs of the target beneficiaries and is culturally relevant.
An important component of the Foundation’s work is the dedication to documenting and analyzing the areas we fund to assist in strengthening our future grant making, and assist in influencing policies and practices in the areas we operate.
